➞ I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid passport or GCC/Emirates ID for all guests aged 18+ prior to the check-in date.
Your ID will only serve the following purposes:
1. Notify the building security to allow you access
2. Register your stay with the Dubai Tourism Department. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 30 per night per bedroom.
➞ I hereby confirm that only the guest whose id is provided by me will be staying at the apartment.I also agree to the condition that under no circumstances any non registered guest will be staying at the apartment , in case I violate this term than I will be liable to pay the host double the amount of this booking , also I will be held solely responsible for any illegal action due to the actions of unregistered third party guest.
➞ This is a self-check-in property and our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is strictly no later than 10:00AM,a late check out fee of AED 500 per hour will be charged if guest does not check out on time.A late check out can be requested, upon approval till 11:00am and subject to availability. Any approved checkout later than 11:00AM will be charged at AED500 per hour. Any check-out without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
➞ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
➞ Please treat the access cards with care, as lost or damaged cards will incur a replacement fee of AED1,000 per access card.
➞ Cleaning of apartment is only provided at check out time , for any additional cleaning request an additional charge of AED 500 will be applicable.
➞ I also confirm that I will adhere to all rules and regulation set by building and community management team.
➞ I also confirm that I will fully adhere to all local laws and regulations of UAE and will not use the property for anything illegal or which is not permitted as per laws and regulations of UAE.
➞ I also confirm to indemnify owners of this property , DTCM licence holder against any legal, financial and any kind of personal or third party liabilities caused due to my action during my stay at this apartment.
➞ Guest agrees to deposit a refundable security deposit of AED 1500 before check in ,which upon check out will be refunded provided there are no damages, any extra cleaning work or any violation of house rules.Check in will not be allowed without security deposit.
NO SMOKING
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 5000 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 10:00 AM. Any checkout later than 10:00 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500 per hour. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
Other things to note:
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 20 AED per night per bedroom.
